In Focus with Thuy Phan

We recently had the pleasure of meeting with Thuy Phan, the charming and delightful television show host of In Focus on the Saigon Broadcasting Television Network (SBTN). SBTN is the first 24 hour Vietnamese language channel geared towards the Vietnamese community abroad in North America. A special interest news show, In Focus features interesting and provocative stories and personalities from all walks of life from all over the world. Needless to say, we were surprised and honored that she chose to interview us to share our food blogging story to her viewers.

Cooks note: This is a borrowed kitchen for the interview. Our kitchen that we cook in most of the time is a tiny apartment kitchen where we constantly bump into each other and fight for counter space.
